The pigs… 

we have now seen the end.  This year we had a local butcher do it – but next year we think to try it ourselves.  We’ve bought a few videos, including this one  and this one.  We’ll see.  All I have to say is – “yum, yum”

it filled even more freezer than this!    There were times when I thought the pigs were too much trouble (… or too much cost – we’re working on this part) but it was completely worth it.
